WARRANTY POLICY

We're committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of jewelry. If your product is damaged, it fades or stops working under normal wear, this guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for one other item of equal or lesser value.

For specific instructions about how to obtain a warranty service for your product or questions about whether your product is covered, please contact our customer service team via our email support@strikearchive.com.

This guarantee will be voided immediately if user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Please allow 4-8 weeks from the day we receive your package to repair or replace the product.

Please note that any damage caused by exposure to water will automatically void any potential repair service, and we will not be able to repair your product.
